whole new extra section that even hillier than the first part...
was not feeling it but turned things around and managed to work hard thru the hills and it was a good workout (no matter how SLOW my time was..) caught up with arienna in my 2nd lap and she was good motivation (frustrating tho that there was such a huge gap ahead of her). impressed by how the whole team worked thru it (esp when i'd see all these runners sprinting thru the last 250m on the track!!)
