Comments:
lifted arms today... total joke. gotta start getting "serious", ie lift at least twice a week so i can actually see results... i know that lifting is great in the long-term because it helps with strength and injury prevention but in the short term i hate it since it makes me sore for my run the next day. haven't lifted legs since i did lunges a week and a half ago. those things left me sore for days... it hurt to sit!
