Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
RAN IN THE RAIN with ethan from Veale (caps lock). A short run today cause my back still doesnt feel 100%. Ive gone through this before and I cant risk anything. Ethan had to fit in 4 miles later in the day so I jsut went with him to see how I felt. Went through little italy, up mayfield to coventry, then back Euclid Heights. It was still achy and "disconnected" feeling. We went slow, but I probably shouldnt do the workout later. Take it day by day doesnt feel nearly as bad as before, so hopefully I can get through it, or gut it out when the Rumble rolls around. Legs felt great though overall. It was pretty chilly and crappy out though...

Essentials: Stretch, L7, roll, ice back

Went down to do a little bike workout right as I got back. Ill bring my stuff but logistically I might take tomorrow off completely, then do another shorter bike workout on Sunday. Stretch and roll were good too. Jess wasnt around and I dont remember my rehab stuff off the top of my head (Ill look it up). I iced bagged at the end of the day though. One of my goals is to stay positive, and so far Im handling it well. Im not going to let it get to me.
