Right after I got back from heading out with Ethan. Figured I might not have time tomorrow to fit in the workout so I did a little one today. 10 min hard, 2 min rest, 5 min hard, 1 min rest, 5 min hard. It was tough did it on the spinner in the rowing room. Really felt like I was powering for parts. Had the THPS soundtrack which is actually pretty good to do the hard segments on. Obviously not as good as a hard running workout. But hey this is the shit that happens
