The goal was to go easy for the first 4 so not to wear out by the last 4. Shooting for a time of 1:35 on the first 4 and decreasing by a couple of seconds each set of 4.

My focus was on stretching my arm out in front of me as far as possible without straining. In do so, I ignored the curve of my hand and found my hand was drifting to the surface. Perry corrected me and I switched focus to my hand/wrist.
Overall, the swimming felt good and relaxed, but not as fast as I've felt in previous workouts. That could've been due to the hand/wrist.
