Comments:
feeling a little better mentally, its just been a rough past week. lots of troubles. running has been solid so i guess i can;t complain about that. ran the 3-2-1 split tempo. first two were 5:30ish, and the third was 6:02, but that was when the wind really picked up out by the lake. then 5:31, 5:43, and 5:48. the last two were kind of rough and i think the extra layers were weighing me down, but i didnt want to push too hard and keep the same effort level. coach said really not to worry about times soooo, i don't care. whatever. looking forward to saturday.
