Split Tempo & Hail

Comments:
Split tempo on MLK. The first two miles were ok, but I could tell that my cold or whatever I have had my legs feeling a bit under the weather, because I did not feel totally relaxed...and last week I felt glorious. The wind was tough but we made it through. And for me the 2 mile segment did not feel relaxed, so I did not do the last one. At this point, it is not going to be an awful thing I did not do the last mile.

Back to Veale with 3 x 45 sec. pick-ups. 3 sets of day 2 lift, stretch, roll, spartan 4 x 20, hips, 50 push-ups, leg hang with visu., ice-bath.

Gotta get the legs feeling good!!
