Didn't feel the greatest but not too bad either. My nose was running a lot outside so it was hard to breathe while I was running. Overall did ok, broke 20 and pr'd but my pr wasn't as impressive as some other people's improvements. Nate ran jv today but ended up beating my time by .2 seconds. He will have to go... Came in 4th on our team on varsity and got 63rd overall for varsity large schools. 106/182 overall for varsity runners.
