South on MLK

Comments:
Ran with Steve Tony Peter Chris and Ethan from the house in the afternoon. It was a gorgeous day out today, so crisp and fally. Ethan wanted to head down MLK as far as we could through the southern hoods. We went real easy and slow, sticking to grass. Suprisingly there was grass most of the way. Legs didnt feel too sore, but cause we were going slow they felt a little sluggish. Turned around at 45 min and came back the same way. It started too cool down and rain on the way back. Also it was windy the whole time. Distance was a little short at the end. Wore another spicy patch. Back is sore still but feeling much better.
