I haven't been training, per se; but I've been doin' some quality running, and I feel pretty fit: 5.4 marathon leg in 29:20 a coupl'a weeks ago, and yesterday I killed it on my elliptical, ha. I know it's just an elliptical, but I used to have to put up a fight to finish 5 miles in under 30 minutes--yesterday I did 8 in 40:10. Recently, I've running for an hour's time, quickly & up big hills. I am goin' to France on Tuesday. I'll be there for 8 days, which will serve as a rest before beginning to build for xc.
