I was very tired this morning. The water seemed cold.
15x100(10")1:31, 1:33, 1:34, 1:33, 1:33, 1:34, 1:34, 1:35, 1:34, 1:34, 1:28, 1:32, 1:32, 1:33, 1:30.
It seemed hard to maintain 1:35 because I felt like I was putting out 85% and it seemed like a struggle to get enough air. ( Other than being tired I felt fine). My times, however, suggest that I did maintain close to the desired pace. I've been noticing more and more the effect of curving the wrist. When I curve it as advised, my arm gets dragged downward toward the bottom of the pool. And it seems to interrupt my glide. With the wrist curved, I'm coerced into beginning my power phase too soon (or so it seems).
