Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Solo run from the house. Went out in the morning cause I have a meeting in the afternoon. Plus, it was beautiful out. A perfect crisp fall day. Went out on NP to Warrensville and back. Very slow today. Legs felt sore and heavy from yesterday. Felt like I got in a great workout. This run went by so slowly it felt, but I didnt mind at all. I actually enjoyed it a lot. Did some striders on Bellfield when I got back to loosen up a little more.
Essentials: Stretch, roll, L7
I am going to try and get my swim in after my meeting. I can do more stretching then too.
