Shaker Progressive Long Run

Comments:
Mornign run from veale for the ppl sticking around for break. I didnt really want to wake up early this morning... We all started at veale and did a progression run, split into thirds approx. Started out up the meadow going very slow, around 8 pace. Then went up Shaker, and at eaton picked it up to training pace. At that point, our conversation switched to Spanish. We spoke nothing but spanish for about 25 whole minutes. A great way to practicando. At Green we turned around and came back Fairmount, where we did our steady state. I was a little back on that part since the ground was uneven, and my legs were still a little tight. Still overall a good run went by quickly.

Essentials: Stretch, L7, roll, hips, leg hang

Good stretch when we got back. Leg hang to get the aches out. Probs go short tomorrow cause we got work to do.
