Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Chill run with CKells in the afternoon. Getting in some serious work today, more to follow tonight. This was a nice break. I dropped off the van at Veale then ran up to the house, picked up Chris and went out around SHHS and back. Nice weather going slow felt good. Talked about running aas usual. Getting pumped after a stressful week. Its cool how exciteded we can get for a run, but I guess thats why we love running and why we do it.

Essentials: Stretch, L7, roll

Light essentials, Also forgot that I did a leg hang yesterday. Back was kinda sore form sitting in my chair all day.
