Comments:
Sit ups 10X 15, torso bends 4X15, leg and ball on the wall, Hamstrings 5X 15 alternating legs low weights, hamstring siting no 4 X 15, quad machine no brace 3 X 15. No discomfort - trotted to trailer with no brace.
