Comments:
SL - This was the first step toward increasing my mileage. When I finished I questioned the legitimacy of this time and the distance of the run, but mapped it and it is accurate. I felt like the pace was more forced than I wanted, but I also thought I was going slower than I was. It was a good start to the week.
