Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran on the treadmill again. Super fun but I'm trying to avoid hills of all types for now. Ran 4.25 miles, again too quickly. But hey, it's hard to not run faster when the person next to you is chatty and gorgeous. 30 minutes on the stairs after followed by stretching. Need to figure out a normal lifting routine soon and get that in the works. Further need to figure out how to wake up...should be easy right?
