Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
stalled all day on this one. creaky from all the bike commuting. still - surprisingly good run. fast, pretty easy. oh - shuffled up the castle ramp, rather than walked. realized, talking to jim, that i gotta stop walking that damn thing. hah.
oh, three lights. union square light held me up nearly a minute, so very good time!
oh, and i gotta run 3x a week - two hill loops and a long flat run. gotta, gotta!
and why won't anyone write a story about trying to run when you bike to work and stand on your feet all day?
