Comments:
the talk before practice helped me and the rest of the team a lot. I'm excited for regions and states because it is my last year and I want to make sure my hard work shows through my racing performance. I'm more confident than I was right after and even a day after the race, and I'm even more focused to do better next week!
legs are still a little sore, but run felt good.
