Trying things out again. Fairhill

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran with David up Fairhill, and then looped on west park into southerly park.

Once again, the foot pain about maintained where it has been. Seemed to get better as the run went on again..and as i leaned forward and struck more on my forefoot than the heel. I strided x 4 in my new spikes i got this morning, in which the foot felt the same as the run.

the pad i taped to underneath my 4th toe seemed to help things a bit. i'll keep hoping it holds up.

stretch, pick abs, gluteals, push-ups.
