Ankle very sore from yesterday, not too swollen though. Biked on one of the newer bikes alongside CKElls as he ran on the treadmill. It was hurricane season today, so a lot of people ran inside. Felt good on the bike went by quickly. My crotch was sore from the new seat though...
Essentials: Stretch, roll, L7, abs, ice foot
Decided to skip swim today so I could get enough time to ice my ankle properly. I did an nice stretch and self care before. Legs felt great then actually! The ice on my foot was freaking freezing though... At the end of the day still tender and sore, probs gonna have to bike the "michigan" tomorrow, then get back at is ASAP. I came back last year, so I am going to do again.
