Felt out of breath and my legs were feeling the 200's from yesterday. pretty fucking stupid if you ask me. lungs were labored probly bc of cooler weather. came back with a decend 3rd mile but still couldn't catch 3rd place for the money. 1-5:22, 2-5:33, 3-5:22. last 300 meters were up emerald hill. hilly course.
