6:30PM. Sleep: 6.5 hr. A little later than planned, live band at Sharky's tonight, knew that I would need to make a discrete pit stop during the workout.

8 * 200m hills w/downhill recovery, pit stop after the third interval, saw some deer and fended off some bugs, splits: 1:52 (43), 1:50 (44), 1:41 (44), 1:53 (45), 1:50 (43), 1:51 (44), 1:52 (43), 1:50 (43).

Terry Hershey Park: dike to Eldridge, Apartment
Uneventful jog back to the apartment, stretch, high crunches & pushups.
