Biked this morning, 10 minute warm-up, then 10 minutes on 3 off x 4, HR at 155 - 165, resis. 13, rpm 105, during the 10 minutes. Felt pretty good for biking.

Was watching ESPN...why do we have Stephen A. Smith discussing whether the NYC marathon should be held or not. NBA analyst..hmm.
