Comments:
Finally got to sleep in this morning. It felt so weird. Did work and chilled out most of the day then went running in the afternoon. Chris Aaron Me and Phil headed out to NP. Wandered over to S woodland and then back to the house. Added on a W St James loop afterward. Started out sluggish but felt good in the end. A great run to get the endorphins going. Good convos too. Much Love.

Essentials: Stretch, L7, roll

Good stretch out. Still freezing cold in the house so we stretched outside. Ankle brace was kinda abrasive, but by the end ankle was ok. Good shake out run in the end. Also, its time to get used to that winter running... I think the warm days may be over.
