Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran solo today from veale. Usually don't run Tuesday. I missed a few days last week cause of my ankle. And it was so nice out today that I wanted to run. Had some stomach issues yesterday and this morning. I was burping a ton real nasty. Kinda felt it on the run was sluggish in the beginning but it was so nice out. At the end felt great. Went up to NP on to W St James then up Scarborough to lee. Then came back fairmount, W St James and amble side. Came down the ninja stairs then finished up n Murray hill. I can't map it on my iPad so I am guessing mileage right now. No ankle brace and it felt pretty good. There was no school at Roxboro. Apparently there is an election or something, and people were voting there...
Did some striders on the field when I got back. Four to be exact and they were nice.
Essentials: stretch L7, roll, abs leg hang
Pretty standard self care. Legs don't feel all that sore or tired, but he leg hang was nice.
