Long River Run

Weather: pretty hot; 80-ish, sunny

Comments:
1:08 minutes total. loop down cambridge to hampshire to broadway to the river down to the anderson foot bridge. 48 minutes, made most lights, not much rest. walked for 5 minutes up bow & arrow, ran the rest of the way home up harvard/tremont. gotta map the route.

of course took a cooldown walk around the block, then another to get laundry quarters.

plan is to run a cape cod 5k this weekend. at first, during this run i thought it was a crazy idea; halfway through, started feeling better about it. tore up my feet a bit though. whoo.
