A few days ago, coach wanted me to bike or xtrain today. I planned my lab work to end at 4:30. I really wanted to be at practice today with the team. I got there intime, got my ankle taped and headed out later with Joe and Aaron. I wasnt up for bullshit I wanted to get in and out and onto the track. Felt good on the warm up, working out the kinks. We were a little behind, so we did a shorter warm up and drills. Workout was 2 8s, 2 4s and 4 2s. No watches ( We literally took them off.) I dont really remember what the times were I was just staying with the back, looking strong and running. Felt good for all of them actually so smooth. After the 2nd two, stomach cramp appeared and I went to Starbucks to use the bathroom. Someone is always in that bathroom. Almost shit my pants waiting to get in... After I was done, everyone was gone. I looped around looking for everyone (they had left) so I headed to where any person would head, the Library. Did a loop around the stacks, then found the pack! We did a nice run in the stacks, the study room and up and down the stairs. Classic didnt make a sound the whole time, and people were flipping out. Love it. Finished cool down back to Veale.

Essentials: Stretch, roll, L7, ice lower legs

Did a few laps on the track with David Chris and Aaron. did the lift, Then we started stretching. WE broke for a second to go have our pre regionals meeting. Different atmosphere this time around. Its all about believing... so powerful actually. Cake was amazing too... Finished up stretching downstairs. Low miles today. Im still there for everyone...
