Pace Intervals

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Warmed-Up about 3 minutes more after hopping of the bike, and then:

2 x 800 @ 2:30, 3 minutes after each

4 x 400 @ 75, 2 minutes after each

4 x 45 sec, 1 minute after each.

Then about a mile and a half cool-down. Focused on feeling smooth and relaxed at race pace throughout. Tried to visualize the course as well. Felt good, aside from the uncomfortable tight shorts :)

Stretch, roll, then back to veale for

push-ups, dips 20 x 2
ibis x 25
hips
leg hang
ice-bath
