Comments:
Ran with the regional crew. Led an 800 for Chris and David, very poorly. Out too fast, finished too slow. Then everyone else joined in and my job was to keep people from falling off the back. Nobody was, so I just ran the workout with them. Felt okay.

Fun cooldown through the library. It was difficult not cracking up.
