Comments:
RAn with Phil a little later than usual. It was pretty pretty out. We went up on the classic extra elongated loop, didnt really care about mileage and we were going at a easy pace so it was all good. Had a real deep convo. THose endorphins really get you thinking about life... good stuff. Felt good today, foot was a little sore this morning from the tape, but better when running.
