Comments:
Ran the Yule golf course after driving out to regionals today. Bus ride made my legs stiff. It was very nice out today though, flat and windy on the course. Overall legs were heavy and a little chunky. Took a while to feel into the rhythm. Had to go to the bathroom in the middle so I Brooke off from the group there. We did two striders from the start and one into the finish. The finish is really cool. That is we're the road to terre haute ends...
Essentials: stretch, roll
Chill essentials at the start line while goofin around trying to stay loose and positive. I feel who'd, but my job tomorrow is to do everything with the team until the gun goes off. Then I need to cheer.
