Doctor said I could run on ground today so I Ran about 5 easy and then tried 3 striders on the field. Form is still off and can't get up on my toes which is a bit frustrating. Oh well :/

Stretch, roll, gluteals, ibis x 30, 75 push-ups, ice bath
