warm-up on the treadmill
5' of jump rope
4 X 4' of push-ups, lunges w/ weight, mountain climbers, and wallballs. Put an easy lap in between each set.
10' cool down.

Bought a pair of NB minimus shoes and used them for this first time tonight. Talked a little with NS and AW. And saw my cousin and his wife.
