Downtown to Decatur St and back-

I went west on today's run to mix it up some but didn't get very far west because I only had eight miles to work with. My knee was sorer today than yesterday and I think I might have gotten a bit ambitious yesterday in trying to run a more normal pace. The reality is that I'm still limited by my knee even if I am getting to more normal distances now.

I ran downtown this afternoon a couple hours before the annual lighting of the Christmas tree in Washington Square downtown. I came back for it with my parents and sister and we walked through the Follett House Museum of historic Sandusky afterward like old times.
