Long day of UV-Vis, nice to get the legs moving. As a matter of fact, this has been the first cardio in a week or so... as my legs really got moving too. Quads sore afterward. but it felt good to sweat and do some work.
Essentials: Stretch, roll, hammies
Light stretch and roll. Felt real rough but good. I totally skipped the meeting with Diles... There were enough people there voicing their opinions though so it worked out I assume... Gonna get a meeting with Coach soon and get my mind back into training. This break was so essential, as I got time to focus on my grad applications. Now that they are almost done, I can get back to running.
