Found a familiar machine and did a few sets of upper body. It's a new gym and everything is different than before DVT.

Wow, I blogged that starting at ground level is better than starting below ground level and it is true. During my downtime in hospitals and on bedrest and 'light duty' I have lost tons of weight, strength and tone... only way to go from here is up.
