GREAT DAY!!! --- GREAT WORKOUT --- I AM still alive!!!!

It's my 17th Wedding Anniversary and a GREAT day. I am very encouraged. I went back to face the recumbent bike again after loading up on a green smoothie and my protein supplement.

My toes on my left foot started to feel numb again, but I wiggled them and still felt enough sensation to keep going.

I ended up getting my heart rate back up to above target for the first time in over a month!!! WOW! I also soaked my shirt (I know, not very feminine) but that was a sign of the 'old me' at the gym!!!

I kept the resistance low and went for the cardio. I know my cirulatory system is redefining itself and I don't really understand it all.

I was MOVING and FAST... both signs of my old life.

I did a few more cooldown walks around the track and some stretching on the mats. I'm still trying to get familiar with the 'new' gym.

I guess I'll find out if I pushed it too far... so far my leg isn't swelling that much and is still pretty much pink. That is a good sign!
