4x200, 2x400, 1x600, 2x400, 4x200
200s were around :40-:44, 400's ~1:30, 600 2:20
added some to 2.375mi intervals to count for jogging in between and 2.5 is a nicer numer.
felt really good, especially running in the grass!
XC Banquet was awesome. I'm really sad this season is over, but I'm confident in the returning runners :)
