Exercise Type: Bike

Comments:
Biked in the afternoon after 370 test. I was very tired for biking. First of all, I had to walk home to get one of my kids test that he wanted to study from but never got it back. That took a while then I went right up to bike. Because of that went shorter today. Got so much sleep last night too but still feeling tired over all.

Essentials: Stretch, L7, hips, ankle walks, abs

Equipment room was closed so could only do stretching. Still felt good and I am starting to incorporate the hips and other exercises into essentials now. Felt good overall. Wyatt was around but he smelled funny cause he stepped in dog poop.

Meeting with coach tomorrow is scheduled, so we will see whats up with training tomorrow I guess. Gonna wing it and see what she says, but I think sticking to something similar to last year would be good. Taking it with patience is my main goal though, and to enjoy every day.
