Comments:
Planned run, 4.0 miles with baby stroller and wife on bike

Actual was 3.5 miles at 40 minutes, legs were dead, full of lactic acid from first run!
Feeling better in the AM, but still a little stiff. Another easy run tonight should flush out the acids and make the soreness go away.
