Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
26:40 tempo!!!workout time. 35 minutes (5 miles) of warm-up, from the house to WW, then to the bathroom, then back to the IM fields to meet nick. Ran over to WW for the workout. Workout was supposed to be at tempo pace, but I hammered a bit apparently, haha. ran with nick and the first mile I thought was 5:40's or something around there. wrong. nick knew it too. we came through 3k in 9:35, slowed it down a bit, but not a whole lot. hit 6k in 19:20. so 9:45 for 4k-6k. finished up 8k at 26:40. slowed it down the last mile ish because I was definitely running harder than I was supposed to. Felt great though finishing the last mile, could have probably ran 5:25's straight through and felt fine.
