Comments:
I mistakenly didn't set the clock until i got to the river - so that's 12-15 minutes.
30 minutes along the river, cut over at anderson foot bridge. 48 minutes plus say, 15?
(no, it's 14.25 minutes)
Oh, ran the whole thing. no walking, but got stuck at a couple of lights. really good run, strong, easy.
