Well... Change of plans and I ended up going to Hamilton. My bag came in to Ithaca lt night on the flight that got resurrected for the second time. I guess I was already on the way to Elmira so I had no idea. Anyways went got my bag at the airport, then headed out to Canada. Got in after dark, so I just ran from the hotel up to McMaster and back. Couldn't see much and I didn't want to trip, so I just did a mile on the track at campus and came back. Started out slow but felt much faster on the way back, still slow though... I don't really kow how long it was, but I think it could have been around 5.

Essentials: stretch, L7, roll

Light essentials in the hotel room before heading out to dinner. Got to get back into mobility and those 400s later this week. Felt good today in the dark, us a little sore from not running yesterday.
