Comments:
My knee flared up yet again so I tried walking around without my orthotics, which made it hurt in a different place, but much worse. So that backfired. I put them back on and tried running 8-minute pace on a treadmill. It went poorly but perhaps not so poorly that I won't be able to run again in a couple days. I called it after 4 miles and went over to the elliptical.
