kline climb

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Shorter run today, but I made today the "hills" day. Started at Fernow, ran straight down the hill through campus and University Ave. Down Linn st to the high school, then went straight up Kline and Thurston. The whole second half was very slow as it was a straight climb back up. Still felt pretty good, slow and steady. Legs felt better today, still sluggish. It was pretty windy and chilly out too, no one was around, still the snow wasnt a problem

Did 3 striders at the car before heading home. Back felt tight when striding and it is a little sore. Bringing in the mix on ankles, hips, and back each day to keep myself fresh.

Essentials: Stretch, L7, back, roll, abs

Good stretch after, back still feeling a little tight but knees feel better after yesterday. Picking up the mileage next week.
