Comments:
3 by myself and then 1 with Brendan. As much as I love running with others, it was nice to be on my own for the first time since coming back, so I could experiment with my pace and how I felt, etc. How I felt was like I almost wanted to lay down after 3 miles, but I also simultaneously felt good :)
