Lunken airport loop

December 31, 2012 (Morning)

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Didn't feel like running around the trail again today so we drove out to another place that looked good on map my run. Turns out that it was a perfect five mile loop around a small airport. We actually went there a couple of years ago to play par three on the course near the airport, so it looked familiar. Path was flat and had some straight sections a mile long. Kinda boring, but it was cool too. Felt pretty good picked it up and finished strong. Lgs felt good but my right arch was spasming a little. Stretch a little in the parking lot then headed home.

Essentials: stretch, L7, roll, back, abs

Stretching at home while watching bball. Had to finish up so we could go watch the hobbit, which takes up an entire afternoon. It was pretty cool though. Feeling a little sore here and there afterward, but overall good. Closing out a pretty good year of running. More on that later cause I still need to do my season recap, and I plan o recap more after that. Gonna be some big changes in my running and training this year, but I will make the best of it. It's what I have been training for this whole time. Travel day tomorrow, see what I can do., but I can get back up to mileage when we get home and finish off the rest of break. I got work to do,
