Comments:
God, I felt 100% awful. I was so tired. Jet-lag, I think--and hope. I didn't get much sleep at all last night. Was up for more than 24 hours. My cardio felt shot. I know I didn't lose fitness; did a pretty killer 12 mile run on Sunday. Yeah, jet-lag. The mileage I'll be posting will be rather arbitrary, but in a helpful way--kinda like so-called Badger miles. I mean, for instance, I was definitely running faster than 7:30 pace today.
