Got back home today around noon. Wanted to get in some HM today, so I drove down to the high school at 1 ish. I realized that there was school today though... I would have ended right as school got out, so I didnt feel comfortable and headed up to Cornell to just go for a run. Parked at O lot and just did a random route. Kinda cool not having and path making it up as I went. Went plantations, horsehill, hasbrouck down jessup then through cayuga heights (through the school) then back to campus up Thurston. Stopped by Barton on the way up to see if it was open. Looked good there were some former Lansing and Trumansburg runners there finishing up a workout I presume. Gonna try to get in there tomorrow to do HM and maybe my quarters. Started out slow today, but finished strong and actually felt really good. Slowed down in the snowy parts to be cautious for my ankle... Havnt heard anything about steady states, but at this point I am feeling good finding my training pace and running strong mileage.

Essentials: Stretch, L7, roll, hips, abs

Drove home, tried to warm my toes off on the way back since I couldnt feel them at all... Then just a good stretch after. Back feeling better and I am not to sore from the drive. It is pretty cold out though.

Rounding up a little today, still a decent run.
